12 Waves operates the 12waves.space website and 12 Waves Mobile App, which provides the SERVICE.

Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information
from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we
immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided
us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, respond to user requests, comply
with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of the Service.

The 12 Waves mobile app does not currently provide user account registration and does not intentionally store personal
profile data in the app. If you contact us by email, we retain your message and contact details for up to 24 months
after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law.

Server logs, if collected by our hosting or CDN providers for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, or service
operation, are retained for up to 90 days and are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed for those
purposes. Backup copies containing personal information, if any, are deleted on a rolling schedule within 90 days.

If you request deletion of personal information that we hold about you, we will delete or anonymize it unless we are
required to retain it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons. If retention is required, we will
retain only the information necessary for that purpose and only for as long as that purpose requires. We process
deletion requests within 30 days.

To retrieve or delete your account data or other personal information that we hold about you, please send the request
